Dr. Jeff KaplanEntrepreneur, writer, speaker, educator and change agent Dr. Jeff Kaplan has presented to over 100,000 people on relationship development in 2010 alone.  His lifelong passion for architecting unique learning experiences has led him to pursue a varied career in the fields of business, publishing and public speaking.  As a young man, Jeff used his life savings of $1,500 dollars to start an events company. Headquartered in a garage, he started the business with one desk, a computer and three chairs. Jeff and a staff of two and quickly grew the company to international operations, before selling it for seven figures a decade later.
His interest in working with some of the world’s top brands then led him to head the global consulting firm Capgemini’s marquee alliance with Microsoft Corporation – a $350M account portfolio.

Realizing his passion was to make the workplace better, Jeff partnered with Keith Ferrazzi on the # 1 New York Times Best-seller Who’s Got Your Back, designing a marketing campaign and book tour that changed book promotion forever.  As a result, Who’s Got Your Back reached number one on the New York Times overall best-seller list, a ranking only five other business books in history have achieved.

Jeff is now a partner in Ferrazzi Greenlight consulting, where he leads the Leadership, Development, and Training practice and manages the Greenlight Research Group, a think tank devoted to studying the bottom-line impact of better business relationships. He has delivered hundreds of presentations, trainings and keynote addresses and has been featured in numerous radio and television interviews.

April LisonbeeApril began working at Ferrazzi Greenlight a month after graduating from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) with a B.A. in Business Economics. While she was originally brought on board to coordinate the company’s multiple high touch event marketing dinners, her responsibilities quickly grew to include Keith Ferrazzi’s executive relationship management and coordinating the multiple events that made up his University of Phoenix Who’s Got Your Back Tour – which consisted of 20 cities during the summer of 2009. April also coordinates with and advises clients, such as Accenture and BT Global Services on their various events. She oversees several part-time coordinators in order to meet client deadlines and capture all opportunities.

Prior to her work with Ferrazzi Greenlight, April spent six years working in the finance department for the mid-sized advertising agency, Ground Zero, where she quickly became an Accounting Supervisor managing her own growing team, but stepped back as she focused on completing her degree. While going to school full-time and maintaining an excellent GPA, her work with Ground Zero continued on a part-time basis as she simultaneously competed two internships, each focusing on different economic studies; one with the Long Beach Nonprofit Partnership (LBNP) and the other with the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC).

On her free time April enjoys walking her two dogs along the beach, skiing, and cooking. Although her work with Ferrazzi Greenlight takes up many of her evenings, April hopes to increase her participation with various organizations such as Planned Parenthood Los Angeles Young Partners, and Boxer Rescue, Los Angeles in the near future.
